The idea of using a paper bag for an egg bag goes way back to the days of Will Goldston... but was barely developed... until now.
Currently, Chris Pilsworth markets his version using a cleverly gimmicked bag, and I highly recommend it for use in a 'normal Malini type' egg bag routine. I like it so much I've even included in the playlist with my personal handling and routine for that bag.
However...
There are other approaches using regular bags that I want to touch upon here.
I have an idea for a new routine - it will include many things and some... well, many... new ideas.
I begin with my discovery of George Blake's NO EGG NO BAG and Cecil Keech's LEMONEG-BAG. Both terrific routines using similar techniques that appealed to me tremendously. But then I was hit by a simple brainwave... replace the cloth bags with paper bags... and go from there...
and not only did it work but it inspired some really wonderful new versions.
