One of the stickiest, and I think scariest, parts of ring on stick is when you have to naturally, brazenly and SILENTLY load a ring on to the stick (spoiler!).

Very little has been taught on this incredibly important topic over the centuries other than 'secretly slide the ring on to the stick'.
