22 - SUSPENSION - THE V-KNIFE
18m
HII!
Did you get a chance to watch the Ellis Knife video? It's a delightfully simple gimmick, and a short video...
Go on, go watch it, so you can really appreciate what's next.
Ready? Ok.
Next up is this little beauty... #22 in the Suspension playlist.
The V-Knife.
My personal souped up version of the Ellis Knife, and it's a killer.
I will say that this development is such a natural progression it MUST have been thought of already, however I have yet to find it in my research, so I'll take what little credit there is until then!
What's important here is that this little, easy to make gimmick enables you to add even MORE dynamic variation to your suspending knife sequence.
It's just one moment among the many, and being one method among the many within your sequence creates even more layered mystery, making it even harder for an audience to explain. There's even some knife on knife action ;)
Watch to the end, there's a lot of thought and variation here...
