Malini was NOT a student of Albini, in fact they had a famous altercation once about who did the better egg bag routine (magicians!!).
Malini's egg bag presentation was completely different and has been widely copied, including being the basis for the Charlie Miller and Johnny Thompson routines.
Malini's BAG is probably the most popular of all time. It's unique design enables effects that are impossible to do with, or at least harder to achieve with, other bags.
The smaller pocket has its issues too, you can't hide much else in the bag for one thing... but we will discuss all that within the 'PRODUCTIONS' section coming soon.
